Please join us as we celebrate the donation of interim dean, Ambassador Thomas Melady’s, and Whitehead School Board of Overseers member, Dr. Margaret Melady’s, papers to the Whitehead School and the Walsh Library Archive at Seton Hall University.

On Tuesday, April 2, 2013 at 11 a.m., the Meladys will discuss the contents of their unique donation, which includes their personal correspondence with African leaders who ignited independence in Black Africa during the 1960s. They will share their experience of Africa, where Ambassador Melady was assigned as a Foreign Service officer. Immediately following, there will be a lunch in honor of the Meladys.

The ceremony will take place in the Beck Rooms of the Walsh Library and the lunch in the Diplomacy Room, McQuaid Hall. RSVP to elizabeth.halpin@shu.edu.
